L’Institut Calasanz du Droit à l’Education (ICALDE), a été érigé par décret No Prot.S.198.2016 signé à Rome le 15 septembre 2016, sur initiative conjointe de l’Organisation BLAS in Africa et de l’Ordre des Ecoles Pies. Il a pour mission de former des cadres de haut niveau dans le domaine du droit à l’éducation, avec des compétences spécifiques en matière de pratique des affaires publiques.
L’originalité de l’ICALDE réside dans sa capacité à combiner les atouts du Leadership, du Lobbying et du Plaidoyer pour former et outiller des personnes capables d’investir le niveau stratégique, afin d’influencer les prises de décision sur les questions éducatives. L’ICALDE propose une réponse originale aux défis actuels de l’éducation intégrale pour tous, tant sur le plan qualitatif que quantitatif.
